At Bellevra, we want every piece to feel beautiful, flattering, and intentional. If your order is not quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Item you would like to return
  • Reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further return instructions.

Please do not send your item back before your return request has been approved.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges depending on product availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at:

Because our pieces may sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee that the requested size or color will be available.

If an exchange is not possible, you may request a return according to our return policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item. Bellevra is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging where applicable
  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar items, unless faulty

Bellevra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping fees, return costs, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
